Strawberry White Zinfandel Sauce
1 qt strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups White Zinfandel
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium saucepan and cook on medium heat at a low simmer for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Serve hot or cold with fruit , ice cream ,cake, ect
Blackberry Wine Cake
1 box white cake mix
1 box blackberry Jello
4 eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup blackberry wine
1/2 cup nuts in bottom of bundt pan
Mix all ingredients together and beat for 2 min. Bake at 325 for 45 - 50min
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup blackberry wine
Mix and put 1/2 of glaze on cake while it is warm, finish with the other half of glaze when cool.
